Terms & Conditions

I will draw:
• fanart, oc
• weaponry / light mecha ( guns, knifes, armor .etc )
• non problematic couples/ships
• light gore, blood
• in-game avatars
• i will draw men if it's required, but i prefer not to bc i'm not good at drawing males ok
I will not draw:
• NSFW
• animals, furries ( with a few exceptions )
• exaggerated amounts of mecha
• any hateful/offensive content ( fetishism, racism .etc )Disclaimer:
-Commissioned artworks are only for personal use - an extra fee will be charged for commercial use (about 50% for monetization and 100% for commercial ).-I have the rights and ownership of the commissioned artworks, as well the rights to post the commission on my social medias, as a wip or completed commission ( for marketing purposes ). Although please do tell me if you’d like your commission private, or feel uncomfortable with it being posted online.-I do not claim the rights of your concepts or oc’s, they are yours.-Please ask for credit first or credit me if you decide to post the commission online on your social medias.-I have the rights to refuse a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable or if i simply feel that i don't want to.Commission info ↓
-Time may vary, but usually a regular artwork takes from 1-3 weeks at most, depending on my schedule, and the complexity of the commission. Please be patient and considerate if the commissioned artwork takes longer than usual.-If a specific deadline is required, you will be charged with a rush fee depending on how much time i have.-Progress requests are allowed from time to time, but please note that revisions will take part during three phases: detailed sketch, flat colors and rendering.-Please provide me with a clear written description for better understanding and at least 2 visual references for commissioned artworks.

• Character vibes/personality-After an in-depth discussion and reaching an agreement together, i will start working on the requested commission.-Commissioned artworks will strictly be watermarked, although only subtly.Payment & Refunds
-I will take 50% payment in advance before i start sketching and the rest after completion of commissioned artwork. I will not start drawing unless payment has been transferred and i will have gained trust.Payment methods:

• i can also take robux as a payment method, although i prefer real currency bc i don't play roblox that much.-Usually, i'm fine with possible delay, although i'd appreciate a valid reasoning. For refunds, as long as a commission hasn't reached any drawing progress yet, refunds are allowed. If artwork has reached progress after sketch, it can be cancelled, although no refunds.If there's a case where you request a valid refund, please state your reasonings upon the cancellation.Extra notes:
